How we operate

Pine on Paper sells through our online store, www.pineonpaper.com.

All of our designs are listed online and couples can visit our online store anytime to place an order.

We have a growing collection of designs that are updated annually. As of 2025, there are more than 70 designs available.

Each couple is assigned a dedicated consultant who will work with them from start to finish.

We reply to enquiries within 2 working days and the invitation artwork is typically confirmed within 1 week.

Our production lead time is between 2-3 weeks upon artwork confirmation. All production works are completed in-house to ensure the highest quality and the most competitive prices.

GIFT VOUCHER SPONSORSHIP

Pine on Paper provides our partnering hotels with a flexible procurement solution via our gift voucher scheme.

When a couple signs on a package, an exclusive gift voucher code is issuedto them. This voucher code acts as a discount code that couples can useto redeem their invitations from our online store.

With this scheme, there will be no inventory of invitations. Hotels will be charged according to the number of sponsored invites redeemed by the couples each month.
